ABSTRACT
This eBook is written based on the Malaysian Polytechnic on the
Semiconductor Devices course taken by Electrical Engineering diploma
students.
Field Effect Transistor (FET) is one of the topics which consists of the
fundamentals, principles and also the device application. Explanation is
presented in simple manner with diagram and examples to enable
readers gain good understanding. There is self-assessment at the end of
