A JFET consists P-Type or N-Type silicon bar, containing two P-N
Junctions.
If the bar is of N-type, it is called N-channel JFET.
If the bar is of P-type, it is called P-channel JFET. CHAPTER 2
The two P-N junction, forming diodes are connected internally
and a common terminal called Gate is taken out.
The channel between Source and Drain terminals may be made of
either a P-type or an N-type semiconductor material.
